Step 1 - Safety & Foundations:
Begin with a 1.5hr organisation-wide 'Basic ChatGPT Training', or 'Basic Copilot Training'. Live, interactive, and tailored to your organisation. Foster an AI growth mindset and learn the essential use cases, risks, limitations, mitigations, prompt-writing, and LLM mechanics.
Step 2 - Empowerment & Enhancement:
Learn to harness the full capabilities of ChatGPT or Copilot with 'Intermediate ChatGPT Training', or 'Intermediate CoPilot Training'. This is recommended only if your staff have access to ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, or Copilot for MS 365. Learn to get even more leverage from generative AI: build custom GPTs, use AI internet search, document uploads, and advanced prompt engineering advice.
Step 3 - Advanced Application & Customisation:
Further boost the productivity of select roles within your organisation. Your AiVantage Guide and Trainer will conduct a 'Workflow Audit' for each prioritised role, one by one, to identify opportunities for AI integration. They will then write, test, and refine bespoke prompts that can be deployed immediately and used routinely. Relevant staff receive training on those use cases.
